Description
This veal stew in white sauce is a complete sterilized dish version of the French regional traditional recipe. It has been cooked up locally in the traditional way by our Caterer from Brittany.
This is a cooked dish prepared with potatoes, onions, carrots, leek, mushrooms, and cream, to be enjoyed for lunch at the office, or even on your boat.

How to prepare
- > In a bain-marie, you can put directly the bag in the boiling water, during 10 minutes
- > In the microwaves, you can pour the contents into a plate adapted to the microwaves and heat it 3 minutes
- > In a pot or pan, pour the contents of the bag directly into this type of ustensil
