Stock, item availability and shipments
Packages are shipped Monday through to Friday. All orders placed from Friday 1 p.m. to Sunday evening will be shipped the following Monday.
Orders leave the premises the same day if:
- The order is placed before 1:00 p.m. (excluding weekends and public holidays). Otherwise the package is shipped the next day.
- All items are available.
Orders, when some items that are not in stock, are shipped as soon as all items are available. The availability times of items are clearly stated on each product sheet. For urgent orders, do not hesitate to contact our customer services.
All logistics are handled from our premises in Lorient (Brittany, France). We prepare the packages ourselves while checking the conformity of the products. We are committed to reuse, as much as possible, the boxes and packaging from our suppliers.
Modes of transport
You have a choice between several carriers, depending on the weight of the package and its destination:
Colissimo - Pick-up points (France):
- 20kg maximum package
- Delivery from Monday to Saturday
- 48 hour delivery time
With this carrier you have several collection methods to choose from when picking up your package:
- From any Post Office. 9,000 Post Offices are available throughout mainland France. You will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and email. You can come and pick it up within 10 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to us.
- From any Pickup point. 7,500 local shops available throughout mainland France. You will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and email. You can come and pick it up within 10 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to us.
- From Pickup Station lockers, 500 automatic lockers throughout mainland France. Accessible 24/7 (except for those lockers that are subject to the opening hours of shopping malls and transport zones). You will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and email. You can come and pick it up within 3 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to us.
Colissimo Home (Europe):
- 30kg maximum package
- Delivery from Monday to Saturday
- 2 to 7 days delivery time
Delivery directly to the letterbox, if the package is large and you are absent, a calling card will be left for you, allowing you to choose a new delivery date within 6 working days or to pick up your package the next day at 3:00 p.m. from the Post Office of your choice. If you do not express any preference, you can then collect your parcel from your local Post Office within 15 days.

Chrono - Pick-up points (Europe):
- 20kg maximum package
- Delivery from Monday to Saturday
- 1 to 5 days delivery time
- 7-day deadline for the pickup relay
With this carrier, you have 11,000 local shops and 400 automatic lockers from which to collect your package. A notification is sent to you by email or SMS, once the package is available from the Pickup point. If the relay chosen initially is unavailable, the package is made available in one of the relays closest to the latter. The new collection point is then specified in the notification received by the recipient.
Chronopost Home (France):
- 30kg maximum package
- Delivery from Monday to Saturday before 1:00 p.m.
- 24 hour delivery time
In the event of your absence, the package will be held for 14 days at the Post Office, Chronopost agency or 7 days in a Pickup relay.
Schenker (Europe):
- Pallet shipping
- 30kg minimum package and/or large volumes
- Monday to Friday delivery
- Variable delivery times depending on the delivery address (3 to 4 working days)
- Appointment by phone for delivery
Pick-up in store:
- Open Monday to Friday 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Collection possible upon presentation of the order availability email
- Purchases possible directly on site

Special case/Shipping restrictions by country:
- United States: Option to ship the Lyofood and Tactical Foodpack brand which have an FDA number (quotes by request in order to estimate shipping costs (administration costs may be included in the shipping costs))
- Latin America: We do not ship packages to Latin American countries at this time. Sanitary and Customs rules are strict and we do not have the necessary authorisations.

Returning your parcel
If you no longer want your order, you have 14 days to cancel, the return costs are your responsibility. Legal information on returning goods can be found in the "Right to cancel" tab.

In the event of cancellation, we will reimburse you via the means of payment used for your order upon receipt of your package and after checking the condition of the products. Rembursement will take place within 7 days.
Please note: Products returned without their original packaging and accessories (label, USB cable, cover...) will not be returned or exchanged.
