Clause 2: Applicable Law – Legal Claims
All orders are subjected to French Law. Contractual information is presented in French and the products offered for sale comply with French regulations.
Should the case arise, foreign customers are responsible for checking with local authorities to verify whether any restrictions apply to using the product they intend to order. SAVEURS & LOGISTIQUE shall not be held responsible for any failure to observe the regulations of the country to which the product is delivered. French courts shall have full jurisdiction in the event of any legal claims.

The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented in the product details section.
The photographs are not contractually binding.
SAVEURS & LOGISTIQUE cannot be held liable for any errors contained within them.
Product colours are indicative of this.
Clause 4: Guarantee
Our goal is to provide you with quality products. If, despite all our precautions, you encounter a problem with the products, please notify us by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone: +33 (0)2 97 87 23 73 and we will do our utmost to resolve the problem regardless of the claim made; as our goal is to have completely satisfied customers.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. The customer shall then be reimbursed the price of the total amount on his invoice within 14 days after its return to SAVEURS & LOGISTIQUE.

Clause 5: Duration for which sales offers are valid
The vast majority of our products is immediately available and shipped within 24 hours (twenty four).
However, longer delays may be indicated for certain products (products on order, specially ordered products, etc). In order to avoid any confusion, shipping times are clearly indicated in the product details section as well as during the checkout procedure.
If your order includes products with 24 hour (twenty four) shipping times and others with longer shipping times, the order will be sent in a single shipment once we have all the ordered products on hand.
If an ordered product has become unavailable, the customer shall be notified as soon as possible by email or letter. Note: Products ordered by check or bank transfer are only held eight (8) days following the order date. If payment has not been received within eight (8) days, the product may put back for sale to other customers.
Clause 6: Product Prices
The product section states prices in Euros inclusive of VAT and excluding shipping charges. The shipping costs appear at the end of the selection process (in the purchase order stage). SAVEURS & LOGISTIQUE reserves the right to change its prices at any time; however, products that have already been ordered are invoiced for the price in effect at the time the order was made.
Clause 7: Orders
The customer confirms an order by clicking on the "Confirm Order" button at the bottom of the “Checkout” page. By doing so, the customer accepts the general terms of sale. SAVEURS & LOGISTIQUE confirms the order by an email enumerating, in particular, all the items ordered. The data recorded by SAVEURS & LOGISTIQUE constitutes proof of the nature, contents and date of the order. These data are saved by SAVEURS & LOGISTIQUE; the customer can access these saved data by contacting the Customer Relations Department.
As required by the Civil Code about contracts online, the contract will be concluded when you click on “confirm order”, you agree and accept your payment obligation.
Clause 8: Payment
Payment can be made in four (4) ways: bank card, PayPal, bank check or bank transfer. PLEASE NOTE: bank cards are debited IMMEDIATELY, even when a product is reserved or on back order.
Clause 9: Late Payment
In accordance with Article L.441-6 of the Commercial Code, late penalties are due the day following the payment date specified on the invoice if the sum due is paid after said date. The late payment rate is one and a half times the legal interest rate.

Clause 10: Shipping
Available products are sent within 24 hours* after SAVEURS & LOGISTIQUE receives payment (bank card, PayPal, bank transfer) and delivered within 96 hours** in Europe, and within 14 days in the rest of the world. The seller assumes the risks associated with shipping; however, in the event of a shipment with damaged or missing items, the buyer shall specify his or her grievances on the delivery slip and return it within three days of the delivery date via registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt, to the Saveurs & Logistique address, or by email: email@example.com. Shipping is carried out in the manner selected by the customer at the moment the order is placed.
*: Please note that orders placed on French holidays will be prepared and shipped on the day following.

Clause 11: Customer Relations – After-Sales Service
For any questions, claims or information requests, the customer can contact the SAVEURS & LOGISTIQUE Customer Relations Department Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (without interruption), at +33 (0)2 97 87 23 73. The customer can also contact us by mail at our head office or, of course, by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Clause 12: Satisfied or Your Money Back
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good, and he shall be responsible for the return costs. The customer shall then be reimbursed the price of the product within 14 days after its return to SAVEURS & LOGISTIQUE.

You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired

Clause 13: Data Privacy
Personal data provided by the customer are not transmitted to third parties; these data shall be saved in the SAVEURS & LOGISTIQUE customer file unless otherwise specified by the customer.
In accordance with Law 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the customer has the right to access and make any corrections to this data at any time. To exercise this right, the customer only needs to contact our Customer Relations Department.
