Description

This Indian-inspired Vegetable Tikka with rice is a vegetarian freeze-dried meal combining veggies, tomatoes, onions, peas, green beans, corn, and sweet peppers with rice and spices. These are 100% natural and freeze-dried ingredients only.
It´s a meal that you can enjoy in outdoor activities, because it´s a hearty serving of 410 g after rehydrated. It can also be kept, up to 7 years, in case of an emergency situation or a natural disaster.
To prepare this meal, just add hot water to rehydrate this freeze-dried meal. You can also use cold water, however rehydration time is much longer, 18 to 20 minutes.

How to prepare
  • 1. Open the pouch at the tear notch and remove the oxygen absorber
  • 2. Carefully add 310 ml boiling water to the pouch (approximate fill line B)
  • 3. Stir the contents and seal the pouch
  • 4. After 8 minutes stir the meal, season to taste and enjoy
