How to choose a portable battery?

Choosing a power bank involves considering several important factors. First, battery capacity is crucial. Look for a sufficient capacity in milliampere-hours (mAh) to meet your recharging needs during the duration of your hike. A capacity of 10,000 mAh generally allows for 2 full charges, while a capacity of 20,000 mAh allows for up to 4.
Next, consider the weight and size of the external battery. For activities like hiking, you'll want something lightweight and compact, which doesn't add too much weight to your backpack and is easy to stow. The lightest ones weigh less than 150g!
