This beef and potato Stew freeze-dried meal has been prepared by ´Fuel Your Preparation´, they create freeze-dried meals and staple foods for emergency or survival situation. This meal tin of 6-serving size is made with 100% natural ingredients only that have been freeze-dried.
This recipe is also available in single-serve packaging, in pouches, in case you want to taste before stocking your pantry, or in preparation of your own small-scale food stockpiling.
You can prepare the contents straight from the tin, or scoop out the serving sizes you need, by mixing with the quantity of hot water as indicated.

- To prepare a single serving
- 1. Mix can contents
- 2. Remove 100g of dry mix from the can into a solid container
- 3. Bring to the boil 280ml of water
- 4. Stir in the water to the food until mixed thoroughly
- 5. Cover and let the food stand for 8-9 minutes
- 6. Stir, season to taste and serve
- To prepare entire can
- 1. Remove the 3 oxygen absorbers from the can
- 2. Cover the contents of the can with boiling water
- 3. Stir in the water to the food until mixed thoroughly
- 4. Replace the lid and let the food stand for 8-9 minutes
- 5. Stir, season to taste and serve
