Description
The Spot 400-R is a compact headlamp offering a wide range of features. It has 6 different settings: maximum power in proximity mode, maximum power in long range mode, adjustable intensity, flashing mode, red night vision and a lock mode to avoid accidental ignition in your backpack. Easy to use, it will take you very little time to get used to it.
As a bonus, the Spot 400-R has two technologies that provide comfort in its use. The first is intensity memory. When you turn your headlamp back on, it remembers the last setting. This saves you from having to readjust the lighting. The second is PowerTap™ technology. By pressing on the side of the headlamp, it automatically switches to full power mode.
Regarding the power supply, the Black Diamond Spot 400-R has a built-in 1500 mAh Li-ion battery. The latter is recharged via its micro-USB port. A cable is supplied with. Its autonomy varies from 4 to 225 hours depending on the desired power. If you opt for the full power mode, you will be able to see up to 100 meters in front of you (autonomy 4 hours). In minimum mode, you will see up to 12 m (battery life 225 h). Perfect for camping.
