The English brand Fuel Your Preparation has come up with this cauliflower curry recipe with a shelf life of 25 years, which can be rehydrated simply with water. Ideal for building up a food stock in the event of a crisis, for example, while avoiding frequent stock turnover.

How to prepare
- To prepare a single serving
- 1. Mix can contents
- 2. Remove 100g of dry mix from the can into a solid container
- 3. Bring to the boil 240ml of water
- 4. Stir in the water to the food until mixed thoroughly
- 5. Cover and let the food stand for 8-9 minutes
- 6. Stir, season to taste and serve
- To prepare entire can
- 1. Remove the 3 oxygen absorbers from the can
- 2. Cover the contents of the can with boiling water
- 3. Stir in the water to the food until mixed thoroughly
- 4. Replace the lid and let the food stand for 8-9 minutes
- 5. Stir, season to taste and serve
