As for eating it, there's nothing too complicated! Simply heat the box in a double boiler, or place it directly over a flame. Its wide base and short sides allow for full cooking and even heat distribution. When eating it, the lid covering the whole box may be completely removed, your hands stay free and it is easy to access the meal directly.
