Description
The ´Fuel Your Preparation´ pouch of Sweet and Sour Chicken with rice can be stored for up to 7 years from the date of manufacture. This freeze-dried recipe to rehydrate with hot water is prepared with natural ingredients. You can also rehydrate this recipe with cold water if you don´t have a stove handy, but rehydration time is longer, 18 to 20 minutes.
You don´t need dishes because you can rehydrate the freeze-dried meal in the pouch and eat straight from it.
- Suitable for preparing some food supplies for a few days for 1 person
- 100 g before rehydration for a meal of about 400 g, a generous serving after adding the water

- 1. Open the pouch at the tear notch and remove the oxygen absorber
- 2. Carefully add 310 ml boiling water to the pouch (approximate fill line B)
- 3. Stir the contents and seal the pouch
- 4. After 8 minutes stir the meal, season to taste and enjoy
