This Spaghetti Bolognese meal is one of the many versions Lyophilise.com supplies.
Here, the British brand ´Expedition Foods´ has prepared a freeze-dried meal of 800 Kcal.
This is a meal for athletes that will sustain you in your marathon walks in self-sufficiency for example.
We tried some during one of our lunch breaks, it´s a good meal with not enough salt though.

How to prepare Remove the Oxygen Absorber (Sachet) from inside the pouch, then follow the instructions on the reverse of the food bag. Add boiling water to just above line, stir the contents and then close the bag and wait 5-8 minutes for the food to re-hydrate. REMARKS: Cold water will suffice in an emergency, however the re-hydration time is much longer.
