Description
Potatoes with smoked ham and porcini mushrooms is a freeze-dried dish prepared by the French brand Voyager. Cheese and button mushrooms add flavor to a savoury and nutrient-rich dish. A portion of 375 g after rehydration which provides more than 500 kcal. Perfect for regaining strength after a day of hiking or mountaineering!
As for the preparation, everything is indicated on the bag. Just pour the hot water up to line 6. Once your meal is finished, you can incinerate the sachet in your wood fire. If you cook with gas, the bag can be used as a bin for your waste.
