Description
This strawberry porridge is a recipe based on 100% natural ingredients: oats, milk, cream, sugar and strawberries. You won’t find any traces of additives or preservatives. In total, this generous portion of more than 500 g after rehydration provides more than 1000 kcal. If your activity requires a high energy input (a polar expedition for example), this will suit you down to the ground. Otherwise, you can share it with your adventure companion.
To prepare it, on 310 ml of boiling water and wait between 5 and 8 minutes for everything to rehydrate. The bag is compact and light, making it perfectly suitable for a traveling activity such as hiking.
Tip: it is also possible to rehydrate it with cold water. You just need to plan in more time. For example, you can rehydrate it at night when you go to bed. When you wake up, you will be able to enjoy a cold muesli ready to eat.
