Description
Almonds are a staple food for hikers, trail runners and more generally for athletes. Renowned for their nutritional richness, they are an important source of good fats, fibres and carbohydrates. They can be eaten at any time of the day, directly from the sachet or by including them in your meals (salads, vegetables, muesli, cakes, etc.).
Carefully selected by the French brand Pépite, this variety of almond is the Guara de Pinoso. Organically farmed, it is grown in Spain. Almonds can be incorporated into vegetarian or vegan diets.
