Enjoy a delicious hot meal on a mountain top or in the middle of a forest with this beef stew with potatoes and baby vegetables in a tomato-based sauce and various spices such as paprika.
One portion will provide you with more than 550 kcal, enough to give you a boost for the rest of the day. To prepare it, heat 380 ml of water on a stove or wood fire and pour it directly into the bag. After mixing well, wait 10 minutes. Your freeze-dried meal will be ready. It's quick and easy. All instructions are noted on the packaging.
