Mediterranean Vegetable Pasta is a well-balanced vegetarian dish that, as its name suggests, includes vegetables that will remind you of Mediterranean flavours: onions, olives, peppers and green beans. In total, this freeze-dried dish will provide you with around 450 kcal and a significant amount of carbohydrates and fats. Perfect for regaining strength!

How to prepare Remove the Oxygen Absorber (Sachet) from inside the pouch. Slowly add up to 345ml hot water, stirring as you pour and then close the bag. Wait 5-8 minutes for the food rehydrate. (Cold water will suffice, however the rehydration time is much longer).
