Description

Mac’ and cheese is a dish commonly found in the UK and North America. The one prepared by Expedition Foods has been cooked and then freeze-dried to keep it longer at room temperature.

The recipe consists of a pasta mixed with three cheeses (cheddar, Red Leicester and mozzarella). This double portion format can be shared between two with your traveling companion (the more ecological option) or alone if you have a big appetite. How to prepare 1. Open the pouch and remove the oxygen absorber. 2. Slowly add hot water as indicated on the label. Cold water will suffice, however the rehydration time is longer. 3. Stir as you pour and then close the pouch. 4. Wait to 5 minutes for the food to rehydrate. 5. Stir again and enjoy your meal out of the pouch.
