The farmhouse ham with lentil stew is a generous 400 g recipe that will give you energy for your outdoor trips, whether at sea or in the mountains.
Thanks to the self-heating system available with this dish, all you have to do is add 50 ml of water (not included) to the flameless heater to activate the heating system. Nothing could be easier! And after 10 to 12 minutes, your meal is hot and ready to eat.

- 1. Tear off the flameless heater at the dotted line at the top of the bag. Place your dish in a bag without opening it in the heater.
- 2. Add water (not included with the heater) up to the mark on the heater (50 ml)
- 3. Fold up the heater and close with the self-adhesive label. Place the warmer with the reagent side down on a flat surface.
- 4. After 10-12 minutes, the meal is hot and ready to eat. - Be careful, as the contents are hot.
