Description

With 1000 kcal per serving, you will definitely start the day on the right foot. This blueberry porridge is made from 100% natural ingredients: milk, oatmeal, cream, sugar and blueberries. No preservatives or additives.

To prepare this freeze-dried breakfast, all you have to do is pour on about 310 ml of hot water and wait 5 to 8 minutes for the food to rehydrate. If you don’t have hot water on you, it also works with cold water. Just be sure to allow extra time (at least an hour for rehydration).

How to prepare Remove the oxygen absorber from inside the pouch. Add 245ml hot water. Stir the contents and then close the bag. Wait 5-8 minutes for the food to re-hydrate (cold water will suffice in an emergency, however the re-hydration time is much longer).
