How to prepare
  • 1. Tear off the flameless heater at the dotted line at the top of the bag. Place your dish in a bag without opening it in the heater.
  • 2. Add water (not included with the heater) up to the mark on the heater (50 ml)
  • 3. Fold up the heater and close with the self-adhesive label. Place the warmer with the reagent side down on a flat surface.
  • 4. After 10-12 minutes, the meal is hot and ready to eat.
  • Be careful, as the contents are hot.
