Forestia's Beef Stroganoff is a recipe that can be heated up directly with the self heating kit supplied. Thanks to this, you can go about your business while waiting for it to heat up by itself, thanks to 50 ml of water.

- 1. Tear off the flameless heater at the dotted line at the top of the bag. Place your dish in a bag without opening it in the heater.
- 2. Add water (not included with the heater) up to the mark on the heater (50 ml)
- 3. Fold up the heater and close with the self-adhesive label. Place the warmer with the reagent side down on a flat surface.
- 4. After 10-12 minutes, the meal is hot and ready to eat.
- Be careful, as the contents are hot.
