This pasta with ratatouille has been cooked and freeze-dried by the Danish brand Trail Organic Food. The recipe is vegan, organic and 100% natural. The ingredients are sourced as locally as possible to reduce the environmental impact.
A rehydrated portion weighs over 500g, enough to give you a boost between activities. The preparation is quick and the bags are horizontal, giving them a better stability on steep terrain, whether in the mountains, in the forest or under sail.
