Gregory Deva 60 backpacking backpack - Women

The Gregory Deva 60 backpack is the equivalent of the Baltoro 65, but adapted to women's morphology with chest straps that don't crush the chest, a wider hip belt and a shorter (but adjustable!) back.

The Deva 60 is renowned for two things: its comfort and its accessories. In terms of comfort, it features FreeFloat A3 technology. In other words, the straps and waistband follow your body's movements. So your backpack won't feel like it's bouncing around, or rubbing against your body. What's more, the foam back limits load transfer while providing comfort. It has a fine air cushion for excellent ventilation. Finally, the aluminium frame ensures excellent balance.

In terms of accessories, the Deva 60 has numerous external pockets (mesh, zipped, for water bottles, on the belt, on the hat, etc.). This hiking backpack also has a clip for attaching the hose from your water bag to one of the shoulder straps and a system for attaching your sunglasses to the other.

There are 3 ways to open the rucksack. The first, and most classic, is to lift the hat and loosen the compression strap. If you're looking for a piece of equipment in the middle of your bag, there's a U-shaped zip opening (called a suitcase opening) on the front. This means you don't have to unpack everything. Finally, there's a zip at the bottom of the bag. This gives access to the compartment generally used for the sleeping bag.

The Deva 60 is DWR-treated to withstand a light, quick downpour. In the event of prolonged bad weather or a downpour, a raincover is available. It's located in the hat (inside pocket) for quick and easy access. A small buckle is used to attach it to the bag. This can be useful in strong winds.
