Description
Fruit skins, also called fruit strips or ribbons, are prepared as follows: the fruits are harvested (in this case apricot and apple), then a puree is made. This puree is then spread out and dehydrated. The spread and dehydrated puree is finally cut into strips, resulting in a snack with a texture reminiscent of a chewy sweet.
Designed by Fruit Ride, the fruit leathers are then packaged in a small 100% recyclable 15 g paper bag. A small portion but rich in nutrients. For 15 g of strips, this requires 100 g of fruit. You will thus enjoy the benefits of apples and apricots in this recipe.
This balanced snack is perfect for outdoor athletes, because it is healthy and convenient to transport. But it is also ideal for daily consumption in case of a little hunger and it will even delight children at snack time!
