This outdoor-adapted version combines tender pasta with a creamy sauce featuring cheese, cream and mushroom notes, with a touch of parsley and flavours reminiscent of cured meat. Enriched with pieces of chicken breast, it provides a good dose of energy and protein in an easy-to-carry and prepare format.

This dish is part of a range of meals designed for expeditions: compact, lightweight, quick to rehydrate and designed to offer a tasty break after exertion. A classic reimagined for the most demanding environments.

The freeze dried carbonara pasta Pack is:

  • A hot and creamy dish, inspired by a traditional recipe
  • A substantial portion with carbohydrates, protein and fats in good balance
  • A practical format, ready in 15 minutes with boiling water

Ingredients: Pasta 55% (wheat), seasoning mix [thickener: modified starch, vegetable fat (lactose), cheese powder, cream powder, salt, onion, mushroom, parsley, flavourings (cured meat, cheese), brown sugar], freeze dried chicken breast 5%.

Allergens: Gluten, milk. May contain traces of soya, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, sulphites.

Preparation instructions:

1) Open the pouch and spread the edges

2) Pour 400ml of boiling water into the pouch

3) Stir gently and leave to stand for 15 minutes

4) Stir one last time before enjoying
