Delivery and Returns

Stock, product availability and dispatches

If all items in your order are in stock (we display exact stock levels on each product page) and if your order was placed before 1 PM, your parcel will normally be dispatched on the same working day of your purchase.
 
However, for purchases made during the weekend, dispatch takes place between Monday and Tuesday.
 
Please note that during busy periods, we cannot systematically guarantee same-day dispatch.

All logistics are handled in-house at our premises in Lorient (Brittany, France). We prepare the parcels ourselves whilst checking product conformity. We are committed to reusing boxes and packaging from our suppliers wherever possible.

Transport methods

You will have the choice between several carriers depending on parcel weight and delivery location:

  • Maximum parcel of 30 kg
  • Delivery Monday to Saturday
  • 3 - 6 days delivery time

Delivery directly to the letterbox, if the parcel is bulky and you are absent a delivery note will be left allowing you to choose a new delivery date within 6 working days or to collect your parcel from the next day at 3:00 PM at the post office of your choice. If you do not express a choice, you can then collect your parcel from your local post office within 14 days.

With this carrier you have access to 120,000 local shops and automated lockers (https://pickup.dpd.co.uk) throughout Europe where you can collect your parcel. A notification is sent to you by email or SMS once the parcel is available at the Pickup relay or locker. If the initially chosen collection point is unavailable, the parcel is made available at one of the points closest to it. The new collection point is then specified in the notification received by the recipient.

  • Maximum parcel of 20 kg

With this carrier, you have 120,000 local shops & automated lockers available throughout Europe to choose from to retrieve your parcel (https://pickup.dpd.co.uk):

  • At a Pickup relay point, you will be informed of your parcel's availability by SMS and email. You can collect it within 7 working days. After this period, your parcel will be returned to us.
  • At a Pickup Station locker, accessible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day (except lockers subject to shopping centre and transport area opening hours). You will be informed of your parcel's availability by SMS and email. You can collect it within 3 working days. After this period, your parcel will be returned to us.

Special cases/Shipping restrictions by country:

  • United States: Possible to ship Lyofood and Tactical Foodpack brands which have FDA numbers (quote request required to estimate shipping costs (administration fees may be included in shipping costs))
  • Latin America: we do not currently ship parcels to Latin American countries. Health and customs regulations are strict and we do not have the necessary authorisations.

Parcel Returns & After-Sales Service

If you no longer wish to keep your order, you have 14 days to withdraw, return shipping costs are at your expense. Legal information on returning goods can be found in the Right of withdrawal tab.

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund you using the payment method used for your order upon receipt of your parcel and after verification of the product condition. The refund will be processed within 7 days.

You can also print the return form directly.

Please note that we process parcel returns and after-sales service twice a week. Thank you for your understanding.
