Ingredients
Risotto rice (38%), button mushrooms (28%), onion, celery, olive oil, lemon juice, dried porcini mushrooms (3%), mushroom stock (mushroom concentrate, yeast extract, sugar, cornflour), parsley, salt, pepper.

Preparation method
Open the pouch and remove the oxygen absorber. Pinch the pouch at level 5 indicating the required amount of water. Pour 400 ml of boiling water into the pouch up to the indicated level. Stir well, close the pouch and leave to stand for 15 minutes. Stir once more.
