How to exercise your right of withdrawal?
You have a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt of your order, in accordance with current regulations.

⚠️ Simply returning a parcel without prior notification does not constitute valid withdrawal.
Step 1 — Submit request via your customer account
The withdrawal request must be made before any shipment, via your customer account:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Order history and details
- Open the relevant order
- Select the product(s) to return (and quantity if necessary)
- Confirm your return request
⛔ Please wait for validation before sending anything.
Step 2 — Prepare the return
Products must be returned:
- unopened
- in their original intact packaging
- in perfect resale condition
⚠️ Opened food products cannot be returned.
Step 3 — Ship the parcel after validation
- Return costs and organisation are your responsibility
- You are free to choose your carrier
- The return address will be confirmed after validation
Upon receipt
- Products are inspected upon receipt
- Refunds are processed within 14 days maximum
- For partial returns, initial delivery costs are not refunded

⚠️ Important — Customer service and defective products
A defective, damaged or non-compliant product does not fall under withdrawal rights.
