How to exercise your right of withdrawal?

You have a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt of your order, in accordance with current regulations.

⚠️ Simply returning a parcel without prior notification does not constitute valid withdrawal.

 

Step 1 — Submit request via your customer account

The withdrawal request must be made before any shipment, via your customer account:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Order history and details
  3. Open the relevant order
  4. Select the product(s) to return (and quantity if necessary)
  5. Confirm your return request

Please wait for validation before sending anything.

 

Step 2 — Prepare the return

Products must be returned:

  • unopened
  • in their original intact packaging
  • in perfect resale condition

⚠️ Opened food products cannot be returned.

 

Step 3 — Ship the parcel after validation

  • Return costs and organisation are your responsibility
  • You are free to choose your carrier
  • The return address will be confirmed after validation

 

Upon receipt

  • Products are inspected upon receipt
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days maximum
  • For partial returns, initial delivery costs are not refunded

⚠️ Important — Customer service and defective products

A defective, damaged or non-compliant product does not fall under withdrawal rights.
