The mixed vegetable macaroni, also known as Mac'n Greens, is a recipe created and cooked by British brand Firepot. It features 100% natural ingredients such as tomatoes, flageolet beans and kale. Healthy, nutritious ingredients that provide the energy you need during outdoor activities.
This dehydrated meal offers several advantages: it's lightweight, stores at room temperature and keeps for at least 3 years after production. Perfect for carrying in your rucksack whilst hiking.
The mixed vegetable macaroni offers:
Ingredients: Tomatoes (29%), flageolet beans (29%), onions, kale (11%), macaroni (8%, durum wheat semolina), carrots, celery, vegan stock, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, salt, paprika.
Allergens: Gluten, celery.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Rehydration may take longer at higher altitudes.
Preparation instructions:
1) Open the pouch and remove the oxygen absorber.
2) Pinch the pouch at level 5 indicating the required amount of water.
3) Pour 400ml of boiling water into the pouch up to the indicated level.
4) Stir well, seal the pouch and leave to stand for 15 minutes.
5) Stir one final time. Enjoy your meal!
