The speed of our logistics

If all items in your order are in stock (we indicate exact stock levels on each product page), your parcel will normally be dispatched the same day if your order is made before 1pm (during business days).
 
However, for purchases made during the weekend, dispatch takes place on Monday and Tuesday, and for those made during public holidays, dispatch is scheduled for the next business day.
 
Please note that during peak periods, we cannot systematically guarantee same-day or next-day dispatch.
 
Of course, for any urgent need, you can contact us by phone on +33 (0)2 97 87 23 73 to check if we can prepare your order outside these hours.
 
Our 2,000 references available online can also be delivered worldwide, wherever customs and health regulations permit. To do this, we work with various carriers to adapt to each request: delivery to a collection point or home, express shipping or even by pallet with an appointment at the address of your choice.

Freezedried & Co has developed, with advice from the NGO Secouristes sans Frontières, evacuation bags that meet the needs of people who may be exposed to natural disasters. These donations help build up a stock of equipment and an emergency fund to deploy SSF teams around the world.
 

No waste

Products with a short best before date are grouped on our website in the "Short dates" section and offered at discounted prices. Products past their date are removed from the online shop. They pose no health risk, so we donate them to local charitable organisations.
 

Recycled cardboard boxes

An e-commerce site means lots of cardboard boxes! We reuse boxes from our suppliers if they're strong enough for shipping to our customers. The remaining boxes aren't thrown away but collected for sorting and recycling by Les Recycleurs Bretons, an iconic company in Brittany in the circular economy.
