For regulatory and logistical reasons, we only accept orders to the United Kingdom with a total value (excluding taxes and shipping costs) of £135 or less. Orders exceeding this amount cannot be processed through our website. If you wish to place a larger order, please contact us directly so we can explore a tailored solution for you.
2. UK VAT
For all orders shipped to the United Kingdom, we apply UK VAT at the time of purchase.
Freeze-dried meals (HS Code 2106.90.92) benefit from a 0% VAT rate, meaning you will not pay any additional VAT upon delivery.
3. Customs Duties and Import Fees
Orders with a total value of £135 or less are exempt from import customs duties. Therefore, you will have no extra fees to pay upon delivery — the price you pay on our website is the final price.
