Ingredients: Basmati rice (54%), onion (14%), tomatoes (8%), spinach (4%), urid dal (3%), chana dal (3%), mung dal lentils (3%), toor dal lentils (3%), red lentils (3%), lemon juice, coriander, garlic, rapeseed oil, salt, garam masala, cumin seeds, turmeric, dried red chillies, chilli powder.
Tips: Store in a cool, dry place. Rehydration may take longer at higher altitudes.
Preparation instructions:
Open the pouch and remove the oxygen absorber
Pinch the pouch at level 5 indicating the amount of water required
Pour 350ml of boiling water into the pouch up to the indicated level
Stir well, seal the pouch and leave to stand for 15 minutes
Stir one last time. Enjoy your meal!
