How do you prepare the recipes in this Pack?

Adventure Food is a brand of outdoor meals designed for multi-day hikes and expeditions. They're incredibly easy to prepare: simply add the amount of hot water indicated on the pouch and wait the specified time. The Freezedried & Co team recommends adding your water gradually and stirring well with a long-handled spoon or a spork (we stock a wide range of models on our website).

Tip: It's a good idea to add less water at the start, then adjust during the final minutes of rehydration to achieve the desired consistency and avoid ending up with soup.
