This recipe combines chunks of non-GMO textured soya, rich in plant protein, with potatoes, porcini mushrooms and an assortment of dehydrated vegetables. Olives, capers and aromatic herbs bring a characterful Mediterranean touch. Natural and preservative-free, this stew is prepared directly in its resealable pouch: simply add boiling water and wait 10 minutes for a generous portion (480g rehydrated).

Ingredients: Soya (textured soya flour) 33.5%, potato flakes, pasta (durum wheat semolina, water), extra virgin olive oil (in 20ml sachet), porcini mushrooms (boletus edulis) 7.5%, deactivated yeast, stock (salt, vegetable protein extract from soya and maize, dehydrated vegetables in variable proportions [potato, carrot, onion, garlic, parsley, celery, tomato]; maize oil), tomato 2%, extra virgin olive oil, rosemary.
Allergens: Soya, celery, gluten. May contain traces of: other gluten-containing cereals, almonds, hazelnuts, mustard, tuna, cuttlefish, eggs.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from light
Preparation instructions:
1) Open the pouch and remove the oxygen absorber and oil sachet 2) Add 300ml of boiling water into the pouch up to level 6 3) Mix well, close the pouch and leave to stand for 6 minutes 4) Add more water if needed 5) Cut the pouch below the zip closure, add the oil, stir and enjoy!
