With 800 kcal per serving, it's ideal for intense physical activities in the harshest conditions. Of course, it's also perfect for lighter activities such as hiking. Preparation is simple and quick. Just add the amount of hot water indicated on the pouch, stir and wait 5 minutes.

Ingredients: Couscous (wheat) (55%), chopped tomatoes, diced onion, red beans, cooked lentils, sweetcorn, mixed peppers, rapeseed oil, Cajun spices (0.9%) (paprika, basil, fennel, salt, garlic granules, onion granules, black pepper, chilli powder, cumin, mustard powder), garlic, corn starch, salt, white pepper.
