Macaroni cheese, affectionately known as "Mac 'n' Cheese", is a dish commonly found in the United Kingdom and North America. The version prepared by Expedition Foods has been cooked and then freeze-dried to extend its shelf life at room temperature.

The recipe is made with pasta blended with three cheeses (cheddar, Red Leicester and mozzarella). Milk, 41 g macaroni (durum wheat flour), cream (milk), 30 g mozzarella cheese (milk, potato starch), diced onion, 15 g cheddar cheese (milk, salt, lactic culture, vegetable rennet), 15 g red Leicester cheese (milk, salt, starter culture, vegetable rennet, colouring (e160b(ii))), rapeseed oil, cornstarch, salt, white pepper.

Preparation method
Add 310 ml of hot water. Mix well, close the zip seal. Wait 5 minutes and enjoy.
