Keema chicken curry is a freeze-dried meal prepared by Firepot, a brand specializing in outdoor food. The ingredients are 100% natural. You will therefore not find any additives or preservatives. The chicken was prepared with a slow cook and simmered in various spices in order to give it the flavors of traditional South Asian meals.

Ingredients: Basmati rice (35%), tomatoes, chicken breast (20%), onion, red peppers, garlic, rapeseed oil, coriander, cumin, cardamom, fennel seeds, curry leaves, salt, cayenne pepper, turmeric, citric acid.

Tips: Store in a cool, dry place. Rehydration may take longer at higher altitudes.

Method of preparation: 1. Open the bag and remove the oxygen absorber.2. Pinch the bag at level 6 indicating the amount of water needed.3. Pour the boiling water into the bag to the indicated level.4. Mix well, seal the bag and let it sit for 15 minutes5. Mix one last time. Enjoy your meal.
