Chicken keema curry is a freeze dried meal prepared by Firepot, a brand specialising in outdoor nutrition. The ingredients are 100% natural. You won't find any additives or preservatives. The chicken has been slow-cooked and simmered in various spices to give it the flavours of traditional South Asian meals.

This meal offers numerous advantages. Besides its convincing taste, it's quick to prepare, takes up minimal space in a backpack and has a long shelf life at room temperature. In short, it has all the qualities to accompany you during your expeditions such as long-distance hiking (GR 20, GR TMB, GR 5) or at sea (offshore racing, cruising...).

Chicken keema curry offers:

  • Gluten-free, lactose-free and palm oil-free
  • A 2-year shelf life at room temperature
  • A water line marked on the pouch to indicate how much hot water to add

Ingredients: Basmati rice (35%), tomatoes, chicken breast (20%), onion, red chillies, garlic, rapeseed oil, coriander, cumin, cardamom, fennel seeds, curry leaves, salt, cayenne pepper, turmeric, citric acid.

Tips: Store in a cool, dry place. Rehydration may take longer at higher altitudes.

Preparation instructions:

1) Open the pouch and remove the oxygen absorber.

2) Pinch the pouch at level 6 indicating the amount of water required.

3) Pour 400ml of boiling water into the pouch up to the indicated level.

4) Mix well, close the pouch and leave to stand for 15 minutes.

5) Stir one final time. Enjoy your meal!
