The Grayl UltraPress water purifier quickly turns fresh water into safe drinking water on a hike, a trip or at a bivouac. The 500 ml bottle format is simple to use: fill it, press the inner section down, then drink.

The purifying cartridge removes protozoa, bacteria and viruses. It also targets particles, certain chemicals and heavy metals found in water. Activated carbon helps improve water clarity while reducing unpleasant tastes and odours.

One cartridge treats up to 150 litres of water — around 300 uses. With a purification rate of up to 3 litres per minute, the UltraPress also lets you quickly prepare water for cooking or rehydrating a meal.
