The double portion version of Travellunch's vegetable risotto is perfect for a meal for two or for adventurers with high energy needs. This vegetarian and gluten-free recipe combines creamy rice with an assortment of quality vegetables, creating a complete, hot and easily digestible meal.
Very simple to prepare: just add boiling water (according to the instructions on the packaging), stir, then wait 5 to 10 minutes. The meal is consumed directly from the pouch, with no washing up required.
This generous format is ideal for camping as a pair, long hikes or self-sufficient treks. It provides balanced vegetarian nutrition whilst remaining practical and lightweight to carry.
The vegetable risotto – Travellunch (double portion) offers:
Ingredients: Rice 60%, palm fat, modified starch, butter powder, maltodextrin, salt, whey protein, peas 3%, carrots 3%, mushrooms, onions 0.2%, yeast extract, herbs, spice extracts, flavouring.
Allergens: Milk. May contain traces of celery, sulphite.
Preparation:
1) Add 550ml of boiling water directly into the pouch
2) Stir
3) Close the zip
4) Leave to stand for 5 to 10 minutes
