This vegan meal based on soya, smoked chillies and braised red beans is served with rice for complete nutritional value. The ingredients have been cooked together before being freeze-dried. This process ensures optimal flavour.
To prepare this dehydrated meal, simply pour in the amount of water indicated on the back of the pouch. A water line allows you to add the exact amount even if you don't have a measuring cup. After stirring well, reseal the pouch and wait 15 minutes. It's simple, quick and nutritious!

Ingredients: TVP (27%, soya, caramel), tomatoes (22%), rice (20%), onion (12%), red beans (7%), red pepper (7%), garlic, red chillies, tomato puree, rapeseed oil, ancho and chipotle chillies, mushroom stock (mushroom concentrate, yeast extract, sugar, maize flour), red wine vinegar, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, salt, chilli powder, citric acid.

Storage advice: Store in a cool, dry place. Rehydration may take longer at higher altitudes.
Preparation instructions:
1) Open the pouch and remove the oxygen absorber.
2) Pinch the pouch at level 6 indicating the required amount of water.
3) Pour 400 ml of boiling water into the pouch up to the indicated level.
4) Stir well, seal the pouch and leave to stand for 15 minutes.
5) Stir one final time. Enjoy your meal!
