Fresh bananas (45%), organic oat flakes (35%), desiccated coconut (7%), demerara sugar (6%), lime juice, rye flakes, cacao nibs (2.5%), coconut oil, lime zest.

Preparation method
  • Open the pouch and remove the oxygen absorber.
  • Pinch the pouch at level 6, which indicates the amount of water needed.
  • Pour 400 ml of boiling water into the pouch, up to the indicated level.
  • Mix well, seal the pouch and leave to stand for 15 minutes.
  • Give it one final stir.
