Adventure Food's shepherd's pie is a savoury dehydrated meal, high in energy and easy to prepare. Designed for adventurers seeking comfort and calories, this dish provides 600 kcal in a lightweight format, suited to intense outdoor activities.

The recipe combines creamy mashed potato with beef meatballs, accompanied by carrots and leeks, for a hot, simple and comforting dish. Everything is enriched with a flavoured broth and a few spices to enhance the taste, whilst remaining digestible and balanced.

Weighing 575g once rehydrated, this generous portion is perfect for big appetites or sustained efforts. Easy to slip into a rucksack, it keeps for up to 4 years, making it ideal for long trips or food storage.

Ingredients: Potato powder 51% (potato, emulsifier (E471), acidifier (citric acid), preservative (E222)), sunflower oil, milk powder, 8% mince balls (beef, wheat starch, salt, nutmeg, pepper (1%), acidifier (rosemary extract, citric acid)), leek (4%), carrot (4%), hydrolysed protein (maize, rapeseed), glucose syrup, garlic (0.30%), pepper (0.06%).

Allergens: Gluten, milk. May contain traces of peanuts, nuts.

Preparation method:

1) Open the pouch at the notch. Unfold and remove the oxygen absorber.

2) Pour hot water up to the water line.

3) Stir well.

4) Close the zip and leave to stand for 10 minutes.

5) Stir again.

6) Eat directly from the pouch.
