Ingredients
Couscous (wheat) (32%), lentils (12%), soya protein (soya (98%), salt, red chilli) (12%), carrot, cream (milk), onion, green beans, cauliflower (4.1%), maize starch, rapeseed oil, spinach (2.7%), celery, soya sauce (soya, salt, vinegar), vegetable stock (salt, glucose syrup, yeast extract, onion, modified starch, maltodextrin, vegetable concentrate, seasoning, sugar, vinegar extract), garlic, seasoning, antioxidant (ascorbic acid).

Preparation method
Tear open the pouch above the zip seal. Add hot water (70–100 °C) up to the indicated line. Stir well. Close the zip seal and wait 8 minutes. Adjust with hot water to taste. Tear open the pouch at the second notch and enjoy!
