Developed by Norwegian brand Real Turmat, renowned for the quality of its freeze dried food and also used by certain armed forces, this product guarantees reliability and performance even in demanding conditions.

With a long 4-year shelf life, this beef stew can be easily stored ahead of your trips or as part of your food reserves. For optimal energy intake, it can be complemented with an energy bar, a dessert or a starter depending on your needs.

Simple to prepare with hot water, it can also be used with a self-heating system for maximum autonomy in the field.

Ingredients: 35% Rice, 16% beef meat product (84% beef, salt, vegetable fibre (potato, carrot, bamboo), stabiliser (E450), antioxidant (rosemary extract)), 10% peppers, onion, tomato, 5.7% mushroom, rapeseed oil, wheat flour, celeriac, maize starch, meat stock (yeast extract, maltodextrin, salt, rapeseed oil, meat extract, caramelised sugar, onion), tomato paste, soy sauce (soya, salt, vinegar), flavouring, 0.5% garlic, seasoning, ginger, caramel (caramel, maltodextrin), salt, antioxidant (rosemary extract, ascorbic acid).

Allergens: Gluten, soya, celery.

Preparation method: 

1) Tear the top of the pouch above the zip seal. Add 370 ml of hot water (70–100°C / 158–212°F) up to the indicated line

2) Mix well. Close the zip seal and wait for 8 minutes

3) Adjust with hot water to your preference

4) Tear the pouch at the second notch and enjoy!
