Description

Real Turmat Salmon Teriyaki is a freeze-dried dish with Asian-inspired flavours, ideal for adding variety to your meals during outdoor adventures. The recipe combines noodles, salmon, coconut milk, mango and edamame, all brought together with a mild, lightly sweet teriyaki sauce.

Easy to prepare — simply add hot water directly into the pouch, stir, and leave to rest for a few minutes before eating. Its practical format lets you eat straight from the pouch, with no extra washing up.

Developed by Norwegian brand Real Turmat, renowned for the quality of its freeze dried meals, this meal is perfectly suited to the demands of multi-day travel. Lightweight and compact, it packs easily into a rucksack.

Ingredients
Noodles (durum wheat), 16% fish product made from salmon (92.6% salmon, salt), coconut milk, pepper, 7% mango, 5.5% edamame (soya), soy sauce (soya, salt, vinegar), rapeseed oil, cornstarch, brown sugar, lime juice, ginger, 1.4% garlic, seasoning, yeast extract (yeast extract, salt), antioxidant (rosemary extract, ascorbic acid).
Preparation method
  • Tear off the part of the pouch above the zip closure.
  • Add 390 ml of hot water (70–100°C) up to the marked line.
  • Stir well.
  • Seal the zip closure and wait 8 minutes.
  • Add more hot water to taste.
  • Tear the pouch at the second notch and enjoy!
