Over 700 kcal in this freeze dried meal with noodles and chicken: exactly what you need when you want to recharge your batteries after a big day outdoors. Its generous and comforting recipe makes it a perfect companion for bivouacking, challenging hikes, bikepacking or even longer trail runs.

As often with Tactical Foodpack, the idea is simple: maximum energy, real meal taste, and ultra-practical preparation when you don't want to overcomplicate things. Add hot water directly into the pouch, leave to rehydrate, and you get a substantial meal that's easy to eat, even when it's chilly or you're exhausted at the end of the day.

Ingredients: Noodles (45%) (durum wheat flour, water), chicken fillet (15%), carrots, cream, coconut drink (coconut extract, water), mung bean sprouts, peppers, sugar snap peas, leeks, peas, mushrooms, parsley, salt, spices.

Allergens: Gluten, milk. May contain traces of fish, soya, nuts, celery, crustaceans, eggs, sulphites and mustard.

Preparation instructions:

1) Open the packaging and unfold the base

2) Remove the oxygen absorber

3) Add hot water up to line D or 410 ml

4) Stir thoroughly, add more water if needed

5) Close the pouch using the zip seal and wait approximately 8 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
