Food Force chicken curry sauce and rice is a sterilised cooked meal inspired by the flavours of Southeast Asia. It combines pieces of chicken thigh, rice, pineapple and vegetables in a creamy coconut milk sauce, enhanced with red curry paste and aromatic spices such as galangal or lemongrass. A mild, slightly spicy sweet-savoury blend that brings an exotic touch, even in outdoor conditions.
The dish can be eaten cold, but reveals its full flavour once heated: either 5 minutes in a saucepan, or 4 to 5 minutes in a bain-marie directly in its pouch. Practical, nourishing and stable for 2 years, it's perfectly suited to hiking, hunting, military activities or emergency situations.

Ingredients: Water, organic coconut drink (coconut milk extract, water) (15%), chicken thigh meat (14% when added), pineapple (12%), rice (7%), tomato, green pepper, onion, modified starch, salt, tomato paste, garlic, sugar, spices, herbs (including mustard), red curry paste (lemongrass, red chilli, garlic, salt, galangal, kaffir lime zest, onion, spices), thickeners (xanthan gum, guar gum).
Allergens: May contain celery, cereals (gluten), eggs, fish and derivatives, soya, milk and sesame seeds.
Tip: Store in a cool, dry place.
Preparation method: Two heating methods: pour the contents into a saucepan and heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally OR immerse the unopened package completely in boiling water and heat for 4 to 5 minutes.
