This 50g heater is a refill for use in a reusable zip pouch that can withstand 100°C heating. It allows you to heat, with approximately 150ml of any liquid, a freeze dried meal rehydrated with cold water or a sterilised meal. It's an ideal and essential tool to keep with you during outdoor activities or even in emergency situations.

Instructions for use
1. Remove the heater from its plastic pouch and place it at the bottom of the heating bag
2. Place your meal in the pouch, ensuring the bottom touches the heater
3. Pour approximately 150ml of water (up to the line) into the Tactical plastic pouch
4. Ensure the heater is covered with water
5. Quickly close the heating pouch
6. The reaction with the heater can take between 30 seconds and 3 minutes (the colder the water, the longer the reaction time)
7. Leave the meal to heat for 15-20 minutes; we recommend stirring your pouch (if it's freeze dried) after 10 minutes
8. Remove the meal from the Tactical pouch and enjoy!
9. The heater is not reusable. Remove it from the pouch after use and dispose of it in the bin.
