Description

Peny meals are used by the French army and are now available to everyone at Freezedried & Co.
Whether for storage or a day hike, each recipe provides genuine comfort.

Packaged in a metal tin, each 300g meal can be stacked and stored for 4 years, making it ideal for food reserves or as a backup in your camper van or motorhome.
During a break, the meal heats up in less than 10 minutes using a bain-marie or directly over a flame. No plate needed for eating - simply remove the lid and eat straight from the tin.

This potato puree with Lyon sausage is:

Ingredients: Potato puree with pieces 40% (potatoes, water, cream, butter, modified potato starch, natural flavouring, preservative: sodium disulphite, turmeric), pistachio sausage 33% (pork meat [origin: France], pork plasma, pork fat, water, chopped pistachios, salt, glucose syrup, natural flavourings, antioxidant: E300), water, onions, white wine, butter, modified maize starch, sugar, aromatic herbs, cider vinegar (contains preservative: sodium acid sulphite), gelling agents: E412-E415, pepper. Contains sulphites. May contain traces of wheat. Made with Bleu Blanc Coeur pork.

Allergens: Milk, Sulphites

Storage advice: Store in a dry, temperate place. After opening: keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.

Preparation: Pour the tin contents into a saucepan and heat gently for 8 minutes.
