The Real Field Meal pulled pork and rice in large format is a complete freeze-dried meal, designed for demanding outdoor activities. Crafted in Tromsø, Norway, each recipe is cooked before freeze-drying, ensuring excellent flavour and nutritional quality after rehydration.
This process offers great flexibility in the field: the meal can be prepared with either hot water (ready in approximately 8 minutes) or cold water, simply by adjusting the rehydration time. An ideal solution when a stove is unavailable or conditions are unpredictable.

Ingredients: Rice (34%), pulled pork (pork (98%), brown sugar, salt) (18%), tomato (11%), onion, peppers (7%), leek (6%), rapeseed oil, maize starch, soy sauce (soya, salt, vinegar), meat stock (yeast extract, maltodextrin, salt, rapeseed oil, meat extract, brown sugar, onion), sugar, vinegar, seasoning, garlic, Tabasco (vinegar, red pepper, salt), antioxidant (ascorbic acid).
Allergen: Soya.
Preparation method:
1) Tear open the pouch above the zip seal. Add 400 ml of hot water (70–100°C / 158–212°F) up to the indicated line.
2) Mix well. Close the zip seal and wait 8 minutes.
3) Adjust with hot water to your taste.
4) Tear the pouch at the second notch and enjoy!
